Asked for the “multi-point inspection” report that came with the service package I purchased. Was told that “the computer didn’t save it,” and was asked if I “had 5 minutes” so that they could do the inspection and give me a report. 😳 Also they did not have enough staff to do the recall work I had booked in advance so they had to give me a rental car. And I had to pay for the gas to make the additional round trip from and to the dealer in that rental so that they could finish up my car. I didn’t plan that extra trip, either... read more

Terrible experience on shopping for new car. First thing was told that the internet prices are not actual prices on cars. I call this false advertising. It went downhill from there. Walked out.

Was in the market for a new Tacoma. Went to Sparks who tried to sell me an SR5 4x4 with $3000 worth of overpriced add ons to which I refused and said that I would simply only buy the truck for MSRP without the adds. Salesman got the manager who threw a hissy fit and said that he wouldn’t take them off and that he could sell the truck to someone else today and that no other place would sell me the truck for MSRP. Horrible as always. Nothing but problems every time I go there. Service reps are unbearable. They don’t listen at all and are always trying to push additional service. Wheel. alignment is a big push. Do they get a bonus on how many unnecessary services? Once again they were going to charge additional fees on a oil change. My car calls for 5 quarts not 6 but they tried to sneak it by me. I wish there was another Toyota dealership in Horry County.

So when someone brings a 6 month old Toyota Rav 4 with 14000 miles on it for an oil change and your service advisor says it needs a front end alignment it's no problem. The problem is when you say it's going to be $700.00 to my sister to align the vehicle. Unbeknownst to you that we have a relative in the family that owns a tire/alignment shop. My experience today started out very pleasing. I was working with a sales associate named Ashley. Ashley was doing a really good job doing a location on a new Tacoma for us. Should have been a no hassle easy sell as all the financing was in place. But then she brought in this arrogant sales manager. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Not in a million years will I come back while the manager is Timmy Pierce. The utmost jerk and rude person I have ever met in the sales business. Poor customer service at its finest. Everything was perfect during warranty and now I get this. Been coming for a little over a year with no issues and used to love them but they completely lost my business and I won’t ever recommend them. Was here for service appointment and decided to see about a trade in after they wouldn’t give price info over the phone. The sales ppl didn’t really care to help. The one person who started working with me basically got blew off by the finance guys behind the big glass window. Must not need sales here. I’ll go to Hendrick in Charleston.
