My Monday November 15 visit with Terry Moubray was excellent! I brought my Toyota Corolla in to get the gear shift light bulb replaced. Service Advisor Mike Smith ordered the bulb during a previous service visit, but I didn’t receive a call back from Mr. Smith. I called Terry to find out the status of the replacement bulb. Perfect service- the people were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, expedient, and kept me informed throughout my experience.
Toyota is the best dealer. Service staff friendly and I like their approach when your car is ready. Thanks for making it easier to “call” in and speak to someone about scheduling an appointment. It was not helpful to be directed to the service center and no one return your call in the past and online scheduling was frustrating. The last time I told the salesman who sold me my car and he told me to contact him if it happened again. This time scheduling was easy. Thank you.
Service is always great. However I mentioned twice as I checked in to make sure they check air in spare tire (trunk was totally empty) and I saw after I got home, it was marked "not checked".
