My Monday November 1 visit was excellent! I noticed my left driver side rear tire was going flat. I called Terry to see if I could bring in the car that evening even though I didn't have an appointment. Terry was able to squeeze me in. I was concerned that I might need a new tire, but Terry said all that was needed was to plug the tire. Terry has been servicing my tire for many years and we have developed a good rapport. Terry is professional, courteous, and answered my questions.

I was expecting a serious malfunction and was pleasantly surprised when the problem turned out to be minor. The only beef I got is the distance I have to travel for service (about 45 miles).
Great customer service and quality of service! The wash of the car after the service was a bonus! The facility is clean as well as the car.
I have purchased 6 vehicles from Spartan, all but one of them used. The cars work well, Two cars were ultimately the victims of deer attacks, and the last died of very old age and many, many, many miles. (I miss it.) Spartan service is good and I always feel like I’ve been treated fairly. Gerry Sibanda has been terrific to deal with and I have no reason not to start and end any vehicle search there.
As always, the service was prompt and well-executed, the mechanics were helpful and polite, and the garage was spotless. All that was missing were the shuttle and the coffee, which I hope will return soon. I also hope that new cars will soon be on display in the showroom. Best wishes to all, Lauren J Harris
