On this particular visit to the service center, everything was excellent. I was greeted in a friendly manner by Terry and my car was done in a timely manner as well. I also visited the Parts counter where the team member was very helpful and friendly.
Very efficient and friendly. All questions were addressed and everything was explained in detail. I'm hopeful this trend continues as I've had poor experiences with another Toyota dealership in the past so this was a pleasant experience. Good job!!!

I always feel confident about the quality of the work done and the attention to customer satisfaction is at a consistently high level. The battery on my Prius died and although they were very busy, the service department got me in and replaced that as well as some dirty filters they found while changing my oil. That did all they could in response to a very last minute request.
It's nice to be able to just go into the lounge and work a bit while the oil is getting changed. Thanks for the free wifi!
The service department did a great job applying the Environmental Paint Protection on our Toyota Rav4. It was like brand new again, we are so happy with it. Thank you
