My wife asks me why I drive from west Michigan back to Lansing four times a year for my Prius service. I get great service from Spartan Toyota, and they have a large waiting area with strong wireless, so I can get some work done. Terry is personable and exudes competence.
Service manager went above and beyond to accomodate my health concerns and ensure that my vehicle would be cared for in a timely manner. All my questions were answered and I received polite and accurate answers. I have been dealing with this dealership for many years and have always felt that they do their very best to make sure ;your vehicle is well maintained.
Everyone was great to work with and the process was simple. I was in and out with my new vehicle in a little over 2 hours. They found me the best financing option and worked with me on options.

Great people My first visit to. Spartan Toyota was about 15 years ago. My daughter had her heart set on a Toyota Scion. We purchased the vehicle and all was handled smoothly and professionally. The difference with Spartan was service after the sale. They treated my daughter like family made sure her car was maintained and safe. After her experience I decided Spartan was the dealership for me and have returned for four vehicles myself. Always friendly and professional. I recommend them highly.
Visit for annual paint service. This was a follow-up visit. Folks were attentive and helpful. The drivers who took me home and picked me up were very nice and courteous and I appreciated that service. When I mentioned this when I arrived I was informed that Spartan Toyota doesn't provide that service, but the misunderstanding was soon rectified. tech responded well I had purchased a maintenance agreement, but was away for a month and the mileage limit was exceeded. He asked management and gave me credit.
Whenever I have to take my Toyota they are very friendly and knowledgeable about what is being done. Good sense of humor also. I will continue to do business her!
I like Spartan Toyota. I have always received same-day service with all work done correctly. They seem to charge less than the dealer in lake Havasu, Arizona and I don’t have to wait as long.
