Excellent Service I was promptly waited on by service advisor, Khirese Leek. This was my last general warranty service on my 2018 Highlander. Shortly after I was seated in the waiting room, Mr. Leek informed me that my right rear tire had a nail in it and that he needed my consent to remove the nail and repair the tire. Were able to find the exact car I wanted. Paperwork was easy and fast. Was kept updated as to progress on getting the vehicle and setting up appointment.

For more than 22 years; I have received excellent customer service and Mr. Terry Mulbray has been and continues to be outstanding. Although my repair need have sometimes been costly, the staff has always been truthful about my service needs.
