Excellent Service and very professional and nice worker in service dept. Also appreciated the fact that there was no charge to oil change because that was what was promised when purchasing my 2020 Sienna.
Work was done satisfactorily, as expected, and in a timely manner. Toyota service rep, Terry, was great. Price of the parts seemed high for a pair of straps.
Couldn’t Have Been Better Service was complete within a half hour. In this time of Covid19 I found the waiting area to be clean and sanitary. Everyone was masked, seating was arranged at appropriate social distance and the service advisor who worked with me couldn’t have been more courteous.
Service was quick and at a fair cost. During this time I felt they safely observed the need for distancing. We were happy with our visit.

Great service as usual I received a reminder that my car was overdue for service. When I called to make a service appointment, I was able to get in the next day. Intake with Terry was quick and easy and the service completed in less time than anticipated.. I was pleased to see that the lounge was set up for social distancing. Slightly disappointed that the complimentary car wash I usually get was skipped this time. Overall, great service as usual.
Outstanding I love Toyota been a owner and driver since 1988 . I would recommend Toyota to all my friends and family. I have had a overall good experiences with especially Stefan he always looks out for my needs in a car. And fits me with what I like and need.
Matt was great We got the vehicle we wanted at a fair price, all while social distancing. Spartan Toyota made the process work smoothly in spite of the current circumstances. This is our fifth Highlander and our seventh vehicle purchased from Spartan. Their Service Department is outstanding. All the staff at Spartan treat you like members of the family.
good service - high price the service performed was good but the ptice seemed to me to be a bit on the high side - other thn that I have no particular comments
