Great customer service I was treated with kindness and excellent customer service. My service representative Reese was excellent to work with and not only considerate of my time but my needs as a customer.

Excellent service as always! Reasonable wait time and the services needed were explained well. They do request making an appointment now as opposed to stopping in as before.
Tire rotation & advice Routine 6 month/5,000 mile tire rotation and systems check up. I also asked for tire advice. Current tires have 6/32 tread remaining. And are tops in gas mileage and ride. But car was used by prior owner and at end of 3 yr lease when I bought it. I need better snow traction in winter. 4 tires suggested were suggested by Terry at Spartan Toyota. Info was interesting. But I'm very thorough and was up til 3 am looking in detail at tires, on Tire Rack. The ones advised by Spartan, were in the top group.
