Positive Experience This is first time to buy a new vehicle at Spartan Toyota. Sales consultant Ty was very helpful finding the new vehicle with options I wanted. He kept me informed about the vehicle I was looking for. Other sales people also helped me and gave some advice. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle. Superior Service and Staff Despite it being a busy day in the service bay, I was in and out (for routine maintenance) in less than an hour. Super Busy day When I arrived at the service bay cars were lined up to the street. Joe Sr. was actually in the service writers area to assist with moving cars and helping staff enter info. I had an appointment but thought that I would be waiting extra because of the backlog. The reality was that I was in and out in normal time from past experience. Truly outstanding customer service.
