Couldn't have been better Needed a quick oil and cartridge change--if possible, yet this morning before noon. "Nothing open," the personable scheduler said, "but let's see if we can work you in somehow; how about 12:30 p.m.?" And that she did. Service Writer, Terry Moubry, met me at the door, responded easily to a special request I had re: the type of oil I wanted, got me in and out in 30+ minutes. courteous, efficient, fast I found my service writer, David Konkel, to be very courteous and personable upon greeting me on arrival. I had brought my 2018 Toyota Highlander in for routine warranty service. Within 20 minutes he informed me that my 2018 Toyota Highlander was ready.
Kind, prompt, and honest service Everyone is welcoming and they keep my car in great condition. They have always treated me with honesty, never trying to sell me things I don't need.
Great Service Stopped by Spartan Toyota to have my noisy brakes checked out. They not only checked them out on the spot but made time to fix them correctly in a little over an hour. So glad I stopped and so glad they were able to get them fixed for me.
Everyone was respectful and helpful I did feel slightly scammed because of having to pay for repairs on a vehicle I ended up using as a trade the same day, thought maybe I should have paid for parts but not labor
