Very quick yet thorough service. Service staff extremely polite and courteous. Staff explained in detail their work on my car. Spartan Toyota has earned my trust for making sure my Highlander is like-new running condition. And they even provided me with a free car wash. What a nice touch and much appreciated.

Quick and easy I was in and out in under an hour with full inspection and tire rotation. Always have had great service here. Highly recommend. Service lounge was clean and comfortable.

Friendly, knowledgeable service advisor I was greeted by first name (very impressive). Mike is very consumer-oriented and enjoyable to interact with. I spotted out-dated information on the screen and Mike changed it. He came into the lounge maybe five or six times to update me on the service. Wish all consumer experiences were as positive as Spartan Toyota's (maybe that's why I've been driving Toyotas for 40 years. Thanks.
