Second Toyota purchased from Spartan Toyota in 18 months. Spartan been doing all maintenance since moving to Lansing. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Knew what we wanted so we ordered the new Camry and via email and phone. Only had to go into the dealership to pick up the car. Very satisfied.
This was my first service visit to Spartan Toyota and it was excellent. Everything was thoroughly explained and taken care of. Dominic Rybinski was very congenial and easy to talk with.
Was expecting a large repair bill & was pleasantly surprised when the sliding door problem on my Sienna was covered under warranty. Given that I have over 100,000 miles on the van, it was very unexpected & appreciated.
comments The overall experience and the sales person were businesslike, competent and avoided high pressure. We got through the usual paperwork issues ,and some that were not usual, efficiently and calmly.
This was our first visit to the dealership and we were greeted by Stephen Sovis. He got us checked in quickly and he had a terrific attitude
Fantastic Experience Thee sales manager greeted us when we entered the salesroom. He called for a salesman and sat with us to answer questions until he arrived. The salesman was able to answer all questions and get us the discounts we were eligible for and get us the final out the door price within a few minutes. Service to replace side mirror. Mike Smith was great to work with. I will be happy to work with him again. Mike had the part I needed ordered the afternoon I called. The next day the part was in and he called me early so I could get the work done. Apparently he was working on his day off yet managed to get me in and out under an hour. Even though the part was over twice what I expected to pay I was treated professionally and would return for needed service in the future.
Finished the work that day and shuttled me back and forth Pretty fast work and they shuttled me back and forth from the dealership as well. Very convenient and some solid service all around. Thanks Spartan Toyota.
Good service I was happy with the service, and at first happy to have the car wash, but like another reviewer the was seems to have left some water spots behind. Waiting room was comfortable enough. Appreciated that there wasn't a television blaring at full volume.
