I went in for an oil change during the Christmas holiday season and waited for my vehicle. The service was very prompt. Thanks to my service rep, David Konkel, for getting me in and out quickly.
Good Service Like the service and the results. However, since the waiting room is so noisy I wear my headphones and listen to music on my phone. I suggest your staff take the cell phone numbers of people who want a text notification. I sat for an extra 30 minutes before asking when my car would be done. Found out it had been done for some time. I own two Toyota's so I spend time getting oil changes and service at Spartan. Only problem I have had. Just a suggestion.
As always, customer service was great during my experience at Spartan Toyota! My service was quick and painless. The staff in the service department is great!

Excellent. Amazing customer service. Some of the best customer service we've ever received when purchasing a car. Our salesman, Matt, as well as the rest of the staff, went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and confident in our purchase. Will definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.
Prompt courteous service. The dealership is very well organized. When you arrive for service, everything goes smoothly and is as promised. Furthermore the waiting area is clean, comfortable and with functioning WIFI. Even washed the car for us.
Quick & Efficient Made appointment for oil change over phone. Wait time for service writer was very short, they got the vehicle in and serviced in a very reasonable amount of thine.Service people were friendly and efficient.
I was in and out, and they washed it too! Service was great, associate was kind and knowledgeable, and my length of wait was shorter than I thought it would be! I'll be back in 10,000 miles!
