Taken care of with respect and as usual, perfection. I’d like to save my review for the “big guns” at Corporate. The fact that we won’t go to anyone else but Spartan, speaks loudly in our minds. However, writing corporate to be sure that the quality of service is recognized in a big way, is my goal. Thanks for the millionth time with my “replacement” vehicle Derek, Brian, Don, Cody, Joe and everyone in the service bay, in the “tool” service area, in the showroom, finance, etc. Yes. Pathetic, but true. LOVE you folks!

Great Service On My Toyota Fast, reliable reasonably priced service. Nice waiting room too! Easy to make an appointment online and they have shuttle service also that makes longer repairs easier to deal with.
Matt & Katie were awesome! Matt in Sales & Katie in Finance RULE. Best car buying experience anywhere. We had everything important about the vehicle and packages explained to us. Both employees were fun to work with, and really made the buying experience simple and enjoyable.
Had some issues, but they corrected them. Our 2nd set of key was misplaced by someone, and there was confusion as to where it was. They had to order a new key, then we were told it would be a week before that would come in. It turned out that the key had been received, and the appropriate people were not told. They then came and picked up our vehicle and took it in to get the new key programmed, and brought it back to us. They were quick (I mean as quick as buying a new car can be) and pleasant. I didn't feel too pressured. I would highly recommend them.
