10000 mile check up and oil change on our 2018 RAV 4 We got there a half hour early and ended up being there 2 hours. Everything was done well. It was also my third visit trying to get the vibration out of our ride at 75 MPH and they took special pains to correct that. This time the balancing effort worked and the ride home up US 127 to Mt. Pleasant and west to Big Rapids was vibration free and the ride is now smooth. The car wash doesn't do a good job on the rear of SUV's, so it wasn't clean, there. And they even washed my car made a last-minute maintenance reservation online. When I arrived at the dealership they were ready for my car which they finished performing the required maintenance on 15 minutes early. And best of all I had a free car wash which I greatly appreciate it. This is the only dealership I know that is so well organized down to the last detail, provides knowledgeable service technicians and gives you a free car wash. Oh, and did I mention I got a free car wash?
Excellent Service and Value My Toyota Prius needed tires. The serviceman (Mike Smith) provided a variety of options for tires and explained warrantees etc. Checked for tire availability in house and had them installed for me with the price quote given originally and actually a few dollars less. All this was done within 90 minutes of my walk in arrival. Car was washed and wait time was enjoyed with free coffee and snacks.
Uil change and tire rotation Done in a timely manner and love how everything is checked out and a report given from tread depth to brake wear! Great service every time!
Dealrship rating Well, wonderful experience Will not hesitate to visit again. Very friendly and efficient. I liked the customers lounge where you can get some rest while they are working on your car.
Oil change and recall Scheduled an oil change and an airbag recall repair. In addition, a tail-light and a licence plate light bulb aS also replaced. Service was great and I was kept informed of the vehicle status at all times. The whole process was complete in only two hours.
