They do what they say they will do! It was pretty good overall, they told me ahead exactly how much it costs me to get this done. At service they went thru each charge as well the work they have done on my vehicle.

New Purchase Lewi Vargas provided up front and honest answers to many of our questions. On things he wasn't sure, he made sure to get the correct answer. Didn't try and push anything on us. We were clear with make and model and amount we were willing to spend and he made sure to meet all those needs
So VERY impressed with Spartan Toyota! I made an recent unplanned visit to Spartan. I was traveling from Maryland. Twice in succession I had had to jump-start my 2010 Highlander Hybrid and suspected either a failing 12V battery an/or charging system problem. The service-writer promised to check everything and that I could expect about an hour wait before someone could attend to the car.
