I signed up for an extended warranty with Kyrylo Tyrak when I bought a car on 9/30/24 three days after both of my cars and house were destroyed in the hurricane. It was not made clear to me how much it would add to the bottom line. I called 10/10/24 to cancel the contract and was assured it would be taken care of. After voicemails, texts and visiting in person, I was made aware today that the contract is still in force. I am disappointed in the deceptive practice that added more stress to an already stressful situation.
They charged me a fortune, almost $5000, and the vehicle was not fixed when I picked it up plus it had additional problems that were not there when I took it in. But they still charge me full Price
Bad customer service.. I live in North Carolina purchased a vehicle over six weeks ago. They failed to send the paperwork in to get me a North Carolina license plate. I have a temporary tag that ran out on August 26, 2024. They don’t care that I’m unable to drive my vehicle!!! Unable to get anyone from the dealership to call me
On Thurs.,August 2, 2024 Spartanburg Toyota Service Department was NEGLIGENT when they FAILED to install ANY windshield wipers on my car. Their FAILURE to do the job they were paid to do put me in an extremely dangerous position. On the same day of the service, I needed my windshield wipers due to a HARD rain. I have two Toyotas. I only take my vehicles to Toyota dealerships. Both cars get regularly serviced at 6 months or 5,000 miles. My Camry was last serviced on 4/27/24 and they said my battery was good. Today, 7/1/24, my car would not start. Open the hood, it is completely corroded.
