The prices on their website versus on other auto sales posting sites are misleading. The price posted on Autotrader will be thousands of dollars lower, but only if you finance through them. The sales person I dealt with and sales manager are insulting and must be inexperienced. After personally working at dealers for over a decade just find another dealership to go to if absolutely must use one.

I just come to say that I’m find out that the car that we suppose to buy is a rental lease by Abraham. We are with our car since October 2023, we give our Toyota Camry 2022 in trade in, to find out today that we give our car in trade in for a rental lease!!!!! We were just told that we were buying our car with the only thing that we can change the car if we want in 3 years which wasn’t something we were going to do because we always think that a lot of money lost and don’t make any sense for us!!!! Jennifer was WONDERFUL. However, I got a diagnostic test run for an issue I was having with a USB port. They told me it would be $129 for the test, but if I chose to fix the issue it would go towards the final repair amount. During the diagnostic they told me about 10 other things that needed to be “worked on”. Changing the USB port was pretty expensive and not a necessity, so I felt like it would make more sense to have something else fixed instead because a few of those issues seemed important (alignment/alternator/filters... read more

Recently purchased a used 21 4Runner from Benson Kia. The vehicle had full service done, including cabin and air filters. We put 4k miles on it, then brought it in to Spartanburg Toyota for an oil change and diagnose a slight ticking noise. I shared all the above information to the service advisor upon checkin. While waiting, I notice service advisors coming in to discuss work needed to be done to customer vehicles.
