Jennifer was WONDERFUL. However, I got a diagnostic test run for an issue I was having with a USB port. They told me it would be $129 for the test, but if I chose to fix the issue it would go towards the final repair amount. During the diagnostic they told me about 10 other things that needed to be “worked on”. Changing the USB port was pretty expensive and not a necessity, so I felt like it would make more sense to have something else fixed instead because a few of those issues seemed important (alignment/alternator/filters... read more

Recently purchased a used 21 4Runner from Benson Kia. The vehicle had full service done, including cabin and air filters. We put 4k miles on it, then brought it in to Spartanburg Toyota for an oil change and diagnose a slight ticking noise. I shared all the above information to the service advisor upon checkin. While waiting, I notice service advisors coming in to discuss work needed to be done to customer vehicles. Two weeks ago went in to my 4:00 appointment to get my oil change and general service. two hours later finally done. maintenance light was on. went back to have reset. now two weeks later is still on. go to have it reset. two hours later notice No one has even told me what is going on. finally asked the service guy what is going on and he tells me they are almost done servicing my car. I did not authorize any service. thank God what they did was covered by warranty. Will not go back. twice bitten.

Haven’t owned the 24 RAV4 hybrid a year yet and just got it out of the shop where it been for 2 weeks because the Check engine lights was on at least the service advisor kept me informed had the BS Toyota platinum guard but wasn’t ask about a loaner vehicle but when the advisor called and said it was ready and don’t forget to leave a good review if you do good service you wouldn’t need to beg for review and now there a dried oil stain on the front of the car

I signed up for an extended warranty with Kyrylo Tyrak when I bought a car on 9/30/24 three days after both of my cars and house were destroyed in the hurricane. It was not made clear to me how much it would add to the bottom line. I called 10/10/24 to cancel the contract and was assured it would be taken care of. After voicemails, texts and visiting in person, I was made aware today that the contract is still in force. I am disappointed in the deceptive practice that added more stress to an already stressful situation.

They charged me a fortune, almost $5000, and the vehicle was not fixed when I picked it up plus it had additional problems that were not there when I took it in. But they still charge me full Price

Bad customer service.. I live in North Carolina purchased a vehicle over six weeks ago. They failed to send the paperwork in to get me a North Carolina license plate. I have a temporary tag that ran out on August 26, 2024. They don’t care that I’m unable to drive my vehicle!!! Unable to get anyone from the dealership to call me

On Thurs.,August 2, 2024 Spartanburg Toyota Service Department was NEGLIGENT when they FAILED to install ANY windshield wipers on my car. Their FAILURE to do the job they were paid to do put me in an extremely dangerous position. On the same day of the service, I needed my windshield wipers due to a HARD rain. Imagine my SHOCK when I turned on my windshield wipers and I could not SEE the road nor the surrounding traffic through the downpour of rain.
