Trust issues. Took our car in for an oil change. My husband changed the air filter before we left the house. Guess what? Air filter received a yellow mark. My service advisor was super amazing so I'm not gonna criticize him. My experience was horrible. My mom bought her car from Dave Edwards because of the lifetime warranty. But when she went in today they told her it was no good. When he sold the company he only had to put 2 million dollars towards the lifetime warranties and obviously that ran out quick and they will not honor it. My husband had his truck serviced after three visits because they had to order a part for his 2013 Ford truck, that we bought at Dave Edwards in October of 2021.
