I've been an out of state client of SPM since 2007. I've been able to grow my investment property portfolio in huge part because of the dependable service that they provide. They've placed responsible, long term tenants in my homes and I'm extremely satisfied with their performance. Great company with friendly staff. I'm always greeted with a smile whenever I enter the office. Maintenance request are always completed in a timely manner, some even same day. They're very understanding & go above & beyond to make sure your needs are met. Renewing my lease was an easy, hassle free process. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent, lease, or in need of property management.
