I am a property owner and highly recommend Specialized Real Property Management for residential rental property management and leasing. They conduct their operation in a courteous and professional manner, they are efficient and responsive to owner needs, they are thorough in their tenant screening and they take care of all aspects of management from leasing and rent collection to maintenance and bookkeeping. They take the worry and hassle out of owing residential rental property.
