They conduct their operation in a courteous and professional manner, they are efficient and responsive to owner needs, they are thorough in their tenant screening and they take care of all aspects of management from leasing and rent collection to maintenance and bookkeeping. We've have live in a home manged by Specialized Real Property Management since June 2013. Their response time, courtesy and professionalism were some of the main factors when we chose to lease from them. Getting into our property was very easy, Specialized RPM went above and beyond to help us(just had a child).
