We've have live in a home manged by Specialized Real Property Management since June 2013. Their response time, courtesy and professionalism were some of the main factors when we chose to lease from them. Getting into our property was very easy, Specialized RPM went above and beyond to help us(just had a child). The application process and approval was very easy with Real Property Management. Until we found them, finding a rental home had become a real hassle and stressful. There was no stress with RPM and we were able to come te a lease in less than a week.

What an amazing company! Helped us find the perfect home and made the process so easy and stress free. The maintenance team is on the ball and gets any issue resolved in a timely manner on my schedule so I am not waiting around. All in all a great renting experience.
We have been with SPM for nine years. We have always had pleasant experiences when dealing with the property managers. Maintenance request have always been promptly addressed. I have no complaints, we are happy tenants!
