I do not have any complaints with Specialized Property Mgmt. My maintenance requests have all been met in a timely manner, and with the company's website I'm able to make those requests online which makes it that much easier and quicker. I've been renting with Speicalized for over a year and have renewed my lease. Overall, the company has been very accommodating and helpful.

This is the best rental management company I have worked with to date. Garrett ****** was phenomenal and timely with his responses and getting our approval done. Brenda in the office is so nice and professional and has taken care of me immediately each time I have contacted her.
