I've never had an issue with them until this year. I received an item with the tag sewn in the front of the neck. I contacted them to exchange it for an item with the tag in the correct place. They replied "Please note that the manufacturer has confirmed the tag is to be removed by the customer." Since when does a customer have to "unsew" or cut a tag off clothing which shows proper care instructions & hopefully doesn't rip/damage the flimsy clothing? Order tracking and comunication is total garbage. They do have a lot of nice stuff.
I purchased an expensive Day of the Dead costume. When I opened the package the decorative ribbon on the front was not attached in all places. I notified them of the damage and they refuse to give me a store credit stating I damaged it myself when trying it on or taking it out of the package. Worst customer service ever. I will think twice before I buy from them again.
Stay away when trying to resolve something they will not answer
They sent me a Teddy that wasn’t in the original packaging no tags on it and it look like it was worn before
Make sure you read the fine print. They advertise free 30 day returns everywhere on their site, but costumes are for store credit only and you pay shipping! And you have to return it within 7 days, not 30.
Where are all the bad complaints? On other websites I’ve seen a lot of complaints about people never even receiving what they ordered. I’m a bit nervous now about my order. Sorry now I’ve placed an order and keeping my fingers crossed!
The worst. Took 2 months to get this absolutely CHEAP stuff. Customer Support was awful. I received email from customer support over this 2 months.
