The worst. Took 2 months to get this absolutely CHEAP stuff. Customer Support was awful. I received email from customer support over this 2 months.
Buyer beware. Wife ordered a lingerie set from here and checked the measurements. It came in and my wife couldn't get it in. Turns out there are no returns. There are so many other places to buy lingerie, go somewhere else to get it.
Was a regular client and after my last purchase with them had a really bad experience with their customer service, have a issue with one of their item Red hot lover lingerie babydoll set and the color is coming out i send email to them and instead helping me out I was told that they can't help me to resolve that issue, I am giving them one star and also contacting better business bureau....not buying from them anymore!!!
I purchased a corset from them after carefully reading their return policy. Their policy states that clearance items and a certain list of items like teddies and panties cannot be returned for health reasons. The item I purchased was called "sale" and dd not say clearance anywhere, but when I went to return it they said it cannot be returned very disappointing. I would have never bought an item that I may not be able to return in case it didn't fit.
Not well made products and subpar customer service. Do not order anything you may want to exchange or return - particularly necklaces. Horrible horrible customer service and very vague return exchange policy.

This store is the worst store to purchased. Since November.. I ask them to return items not yet haven’t returned ., they keep on ignoring twice I called . should not buy any items in store online.
Horrible customer service and return practices. They advertise the opposite but hide behind small print buried deep in multiple paragraphs to prevent issuing refunds. Once they have your money, that's it. Customer service takes days to respond and is only open from 10-2 on week days. But once you have an issue, they will argue with you online and via email.
I am so devastated I purchased over 5 outfits at the beginning of the month for a Photoshoot at the end of the month. I paid for expedited shipping. I would have even paid more had I known my stuff would not arrive until the following week! I tried calling and live chat even though it is operating hours message says closed. No one has reached out . Thank you for causing such unnecessary chaos. I want a refund
