The normal size I order for my wife was no where near close to fitting. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from you again!
I thought I would be able to find lingerie that would fit. According to your size charts it should. Occasionally I can find something in the "queen" category that does. I'm 6' tall, chubby but not obese and wear a 42 I in bras. I believe your models are digitally altered because the cups on your items do cover my breasts like theirs. It's really disappointing. I guess I'll have to keep looking elsewhere.
Orders are always slow and never arrive when they say they will.
Products were not shipped in a timely manner. Ordered a corset and strapless bra to wear under my wedding dress, did not receive it in time, so I had to scramble to find another. Also didn't receive the package until after I returned from my honeymoon, which we delayed 3 days . It took well over 3 weeks to receive the shipment.
Improve customer support. Improve product. Nothing was sized correctly. There was an A cup size on a 3x product. Padded cups need to be improved in every way. Need more underwire options.
Allow refunds on costumes
There is an item on backorder for which I have heard nothing so far. It was ordered on Nov 9 and now 10 weeks later it hasn't shipped.
Half the stuff never showed, so most of the “discounts” were lost.
Items ordered are not identified as out of stock - why take my order? Expecting a delivery to findout - only by investigating that the order was cancelled terrible
