Horrible company won't refund or accept returns....
This was my first time buying on the website. I decided to make a purchase back in November 2021 for some robes. These were intended for my bridesmaid for my wedding in 2022. It is now February 2022 and I have yet to receive my full order. I have emailed and called customer service and there is still no ETA. Also, after 16 weeks if they haven’t sent the rest my pending order they will just cancel it. I did not receive my order. SL's only response was for me to file a lost mail investigation. They completely washed their hands of an undelivered package. I would not buy anything from these folks as they will not honor their own mistakes. There are plenty of other more reliable online lingerie store stores.
I used the sizing chart when ordering, and nothing I ordered fit...when I called to talk to customer service they said the sizing charts were not accurate for all items. They seemed like they could have cared less that I wasn't satisfied. Save your time and money, order from Yandy. I have never had a problem ordering from them!
I will start this with saying the product I have received is wonderful. I have been randomly ordering a little over a year. Last January I ordered about 4 outfits and received 1 four weeks later and was told the rest were out of stock. I chalked it up to being valentines day. I recently ordered and the same thing happened again. 4 outfits and I received 2 two weeks later even though I paid for priority shipping. I ordered an item and didn't get it for over a month. I had to send an inquiry because no one told me it would take that long. In fact the last thing I ordered took maybe 2 weeks to get. I live in Los Angeles and it was being shipped from Ontario CA. I could've driven there faster and picked it up!
The lingerie was good, but it sure would have been nice to have received all at the same time. Instead, the one I wanted the most for my wife got delayed.
