Horrible! Do not buy from this company. Way over priced, sizes are inaccurate and unless you are a size 00 don't bother. Sent items back with no refund or even store credit. Deserves 0 stars.... Do better!

This company is a fraud. I ordered several items from their website, and the items never arrived. I tired reaching out to their customer service team via email, phone and website. No one ever answered my request or contacted me. Be careful.
Do not waste your money here!!! They are a rip off site. Do not honor priority shipping. Ordered a week ago, items still havent shipped. Called and they just cancelled my order. Didnt refund my money, they just kept it. Will be calling the bank next. Complete rip off site!!! Do not order from here!!!

Placed an order. Prior to order arriving, my needs changed and said that I needed to return my entire order (over $300). When it arrived, I mailed everything back in *mint original packaging/unworn. After they finally processed my refund, it was approximately $100 short. They said I didn't send something back (have no idea to this day which items were "magically missing") but it was a lie. I bought product from this company. I never opened original package, in facts I product I was unable to return is still in original package and can prove that. I understood some product couldn't be returned. I returned what I was told could be and they emailed me saying product was open and product was damaged. This is a lie, I never opened the original clear plastic bag. Becareful with this company they are selling damaged goods. I will never recommend this company.
Ordered a corset & chemise. Took 9 days for the corset to arrive (not a big deal but pertinent). The chemise was canceled by SL w/ no notice. I still don't know why it was canceled. I left town for 2 weeks b4 the corset was delivered to my house-sitter. A grommet fell out/off while trying it on the day after I returned home. SL will not allow me to return it.
