Zero communication on your order took 3 weeks to get my small order
My order was supposed to be for Christmas. It was 2 months late. It came and upon opening all I could smell were very strong chemical fumes. I tried washing and it did nothing. I threw my entire order in the trash. It seemed cheaply made and disappointing. I habe ordered from here before and not had this experience. I guess luck of the draw. I just won't be trying my luck again. Unfortunately.
Nothing I ordered was the correct size (Queen) everything was way to small I will not use your company again as these were supposed to be Xmas gifts for my spouse.
Customer service sucks!!!
Shipping is horribly slow....orders placed are "pending" for weeks before they are sent out. By that time, items that were in-stock when the order was placed, are now out-of-stock and back-ordered when the order finally ships! The "One size fits all" apparel did not fit my wife, even though she is within the listed size-limits! I returned the items that didn't fit weeks ago, but I still haven't gotten any credit or refund???
The body stocking would not fit a 10 year old. XXXXXSMALL

Hmmm... what can you do to "make it right"? Well, you can try sending the items people pay for. Try not lying about your inventory online. Provide the tracking info you advertise before we commit to paying you. Dont charge people's cards 30 days later, for items never sent. Maybe try providing prompt refunds when you find out that your employees are incompetent thieves. I bought two pieces, one of which was broken. After emailing the customer service team, I keep getting the run around. One month after my initial email, they have done nothing to remedy the issue. Very disappointed in their service and quality of garments.
