Poor customer service
I really wanted to be excited about my order! However the company only shipped one of my products. Acted like the order was fulfilled but it wasn’t. They used my expedited shipping for only one item and didn’t tell me the other items were being “drop shipped”. No mention of drop shipping on the website or no mention that my order was not going to be fulfilled. But I DID get a free pair of panties that are 2 sizes too big. I did not happy with this company. I was bought items from 10/22 and wait to 10/31 still did not have my item. I need it for my Hollowen party and they said after they purchase my item they will give me tracking number 2-3 days and 8 days still no tracking number and my item was not on sale I pay over 100$ and now is air item arrive too late I can’t use no more I want to return and they said can’t return because from 10/14 to 10/30 no refund . Poor quality, shipping takes a long time and if you have to return something you have to pay for the shipping. Also never received something I ordered with the credit they gave me because they don't give me money back.
I ordered 3 products on 10/15/24, paid extra for expedited shipping (2-3days). Order was not received for 6 days and two items are missing. I called asked for a refund of the $8 paid for expedited shipping and they refused. even though 8 days later I still have not received 2 of 3 items. They informed me during the call the 2 items are on backorder. I have received several promotional emails, but nothing telling me my items are on back order. I would give a zero if I could. They deleted my order because I asked questions on when it would be shipped. It says that it will be shipped in 5-7 days if it's special order. Don't ask questions when you paid for expedited shipping! They will just cancel your order!
Order items only to get some of the order. Not reliable when you order and it says in stock, then you don’t receive it. Not very happy!!!!!

Only two stars so some people will read and not think it is a slam. Order for Christmas on Dec 10 for Christmas as they said they could make it. It did not. It never made it. No order number provided or tracking fee. Called customer service. They states that the back was returned to sender, since they say on their website that it would be sent UPS, but agent said it went UPS. Order was not received back by them, it has been 8 weeks.
