Spicy Lingerie is only getting 2 stars for its broad selection of items, or if otherwise leave none. The issue is their fulfillment and shipping time. We’re going on 5 days since ordering and they haven’t even fulfilled the order yet! And to think they still have to ship it. And as some retailers operate, it’ll likely show “label printed” for 2-3 days before it actually ships off. After payong for expedited shipping, my purchase was not shipped for 4 days. It took almost two weeks to receive my order. And because i have to pay for return shipping as well, i was going to ship it back ground (an additional $20). But if the delivery isn't in their hands within the 30 days, they keep the product and your money. Even if it was postmarked before the 30 days.
I wouldn't order from them I bought a pair of shoes and I never wore them they were $50 and I return them in the box with the receipt and I wrote return on it and I want my refund they said that they sent them back to me they never did and I had to pay $12 to send them back to them and they disposed of them and never gave my return back to me so I just lost $50 through them so I wouldn't waste your time ordering from them
This place is full of shit. They steal your money and give you nothing and then their customer service via chat/email/telephone is only open for four hours a day and when you call, they say it’s outside of their fucking business hours. Good news is my bank will refund me and then this piece of shit fraudulent website. Will have to talk to them. Also paid for express shipping and we are on day four now. Thanks for fucking my event up spicy dip shit.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!! 1 star is way too much for this terrible a** “company”. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No one knows anything about my package, there’s never a supervisor to speak with, the company has my money & I have no merchandise it’s been over a month. If I can ever get this issue resolved I will make sure to NEVER order from them again.
