One item was supposed to come with panties and it didn’t and the other shrunk so small first was that I can no longer wear it
Never received the items. They were out of stock. Order never fulfilled. No follow up emails when the item was restocked
I made an order on October 29th and was returned to sender (although not your fault) it is now January 7th and the company hasn't done anything to reship my order or refund my money. I have spoke with a representative twice and have sent an email when I could no longer contact a representative just a recording and still I have no clear resolution.
Still waiting for our purchase!
The item purchased was not big enough to fit and was returned. I am currently in a battle to get my money refunded after spending $20 to send the item back to them. It has been refused because they found cat hair on it. Awesome, glad I am damned because I have a cat that sheds hair like crazy and some got onto the garment before we sent it back.
You need a better quality items
I never received an outfit I purchased and it took months to get the other outfits I ordered. I would not recommend this company!
The item I ordered back in October is still on back order and has not shipped to me. I’ve always loved my Spicey Lingerie purchases and was looking forward to this Christmas gift for my husband. I hope to have it by valentines at least
Shipping was horrible. I paid for express shipping and arrived over a week later
