Slow delivery! I live in Ontario, CA and your warehouse is in Ontario, CA. MOSTLY... I ordered XL lingerie and you sent me a "gift" that was a Small. LOL.. Thats the nicest way I will rate that stupid decision.
I didn’t get a refund or credit for items returned. The items were way smaller than the size chart said they would be.
The dress was more like a shirt. It didn't even cover all of my butt cheeks.
I ordered two items that were delivered days after the expected shipping day. Due to the delay I ended up not having a costume to wear. When i finally got the items and tried to return them I only got store credit. When i called customer service they told me they couldn’t give me my money back because it’s an estimated shipping date. Making your sizes true to size and not two sizes smaller than us sizing when you’re based in the us.
Still have not received my order and it's been a month. I've reached out multiple times in writing and am not getting the answers I need. Like why have i been charged if my items are on back order and they have not shipped yet. According to your FAQ I will not be charged until they are in stock and have shipped. I've also called customer service and can't get through. Sat on hold for nearly 20 minutes to then get an automated message saying no one is available to talk to and I can't leave a message. Better sizing and better quality, as well as promptly delivery
I ordered a Princess Leia Slave costume on September 2. It was on backorder. During the time that my order was still on back order, I moved to a new state. I updated my address with Spicy Lingerie and informed them that when my order was to be fulfilled, to please send it to my new address. When my order was fulfilled on October 26th, it was sent to the old address (in a state on the opposite side of the country).
