Spam, no matter how many times...I un.sub.scribe. Moreover, long history of not working with me when I did not receive mt product. Essentially very bad customer service & refusal to accommodate me when package was not received.
Shipping was so so slow, actually not even the shipping but the time to get the order together and actually get it out to the shipper...and then one piece came a week later but when I ordered it, it was supposedly in stock. I will not be ordering again just because for a mail order lingerie company, you just don’t seem to get the “mail” part.
Could NOT return an item because I had no "packaging". It did not HAVE packaging, so I got to eat $30.00 and got an outfit I cannot wear. WASTED. I DID try customer service, it got me nowhere. I will not buy here again.

Well, for starters, the wings I ordered were stiff, looked cheap, hard to put on, and came super super late, I explained that I was not satisfied since I paid 30 something dollars for some hot looking white angel wings, not some crusted stuff wings, I tried to email about my experience but no refund was given to me despite my several requests
Listen to your customers. Returns should be processed accordingly. Not denied. The items were not worn! As your customer service likes to say they were! They were not! And only one of the two items returned had a tear in it! One item was kept!
In fact it is simple. Deliver what your customers buy and take responsibility until the goods are received. I definitely do not recommend purchasing from this company.
Never received items
The shipping and processing time takes way TOO long. It has been over a week and my shipment has not even been shipped yet. TO SLOW!!!
