I paid for next day delivery you guys took a week in a few days more just to process it so there was no reason for me to pay you guys extra I don’t appreciate you giving us an option and it taking you two weeks after you take my money to start the process if you don’t have the product in stock why offer it

Everything you order they come back to you a week or two later and tell you they do not have the item(s) you ordered and do you want to order something else in it's place. NO! if I had wanted something else I would have ordered something else. Your sizes are way off and the stitching is really shitty on the articles that I bought . Total waste of money
Never again! Have ordered from this company before buy never again. Placed an order on 12/3 and still have not received any of the items. Received an email today saying one of the items is now on backorder yet they claim the order was shipped last week. I still have received nothing from this order and highly likely will receive none by Christmas. 22 days later! Never again!
I ordered $300 worth of merchandise on a Friday via Express (2-day shipping). They didn’t send it out until the NEXT Thursday and it’s not due to be delivered until the following Monday at 7pm (our plane leaves at 6 am that morning). I called Spicy Lingerie’s “customer service” reps (a few different ones) and they were not willing to help (not even upgrade my status to Saturday delivery (at my expense!) so I could receive my package before I leave on Monday). The company claims that their website doesn't support 'live inventory' and so they are not able to let consumers know if their products are in or out of stock. It's confusing and aggravating when you place an order and the entire order gets halted due to something suddenly being out of stock. Emails do not get sent or are lost in email for some reason. I never received anything I waited 2months for nothing cause then I had to wait for my refund and still didnt even get full refund and I payed for shipping...I really like ur clothes I was recommended by friend cloths nice and fit nice but the services sucks ...never will I order again ..
Some how the half of my order came in time and the one I really needed ended up at the post office and I never knew until I looked up where it was and when I went to the post office they couldn't find it. The package ended up coming to the house a couple days ago ( I ordered last month for a birthday gift on Sept 18th ) so I didn't even bother to open or look at the package because it's just a waist now.
