Fishy smelling outfit due to a worker leaving a fish smelling piece of paper in the bag with it
Is not true to size. In fact. It’s probably about 3-4 sizes to small. Will not order from here again

I made my purchase on 12-27-20 and I didn’t hear my items were back ordered until 1-7-21, to ship in February? Seems like a long time.... maybe some website updating to alert the shopper, low item stock or something.
didn't even get it in time even tho i paid for express shipping, didn't even get the full costume which says its included in the bag, and the hat had dark brown spots on it, emailed them all they said was sorry for the incomplete costume didn't even bother sending me the rest nothing
Got my product after what I ordered it for and told me they couldn’t return anything
Horrible service. I ordered according to the size chart, the item was not even close to the size I wear. In addition, the garter strap was broken. I contacted customer service, she told me to email another department with pictures, which I did. I received one email saying they needed more pictures, which I sent. That was the LAST bit of communication from the company. I was out over $50 for a defective item. I will never order from them again. Horrible service-save your money!
