Placed an order 2 items. Charged for 2 received 1. Contacted twice and nothing resolved. Charged for 2 and received 1. Will contact PayPal within a week if nothing is done. Will not be spending anything there again.
Update your website to reflect if things are available or not! More than once I placed an order and things were drastically delayed because part or all of my order was not available. Very disappointing and I will not be ordering from you all again.
Better and faster customer service, products and quality control.
I didnt know that some of my order was shipped not all of it. Then I was only billed for the stuff that was shipped. Finally a few other things got shipped I was billed for those things. And then a few more things. When I placed my order I should have been notified those items were not in stock. Then shipping lordt. It took me forever to get it. I had forgot what I even ordered by the time I got it. Terrible. Ill just order from Amazon.
One item ordered was fine. The other, you sent the wrong size. With work though, was able to shrink it down.
Never got my package, no refund and the customer service was very rude. Got one thing was alright quality.
I have placed several orders in the past and one of my orders was backordered and took three months to come back in stock and it was delivered right when I moved. I did my due diligence and called to have this re-directed and no one was willing to assist in addition to being told conflicting resolutions that my item will be returned to them and they would call to ask me where to re-ship; which never happened. 50/50 Really. I still have an order outstanding and I have sent an email asking for status on my Order # 1112307 and have had NO Response. I love SL and use it quite a bit. Love your website and products. Sal Auditore
Spam, no matter how many times...I un.sub.scribe. Moreover, long history of not working with me when I did not receive mt product. Essentially very bad customer service & refusal to accommodate me when package was not received.
