Quality of product is not very good
On time delivery. I ordered three outfits for my girl to take on our trip. I received one a little over a week, the second after 3-4 weeks ,and the last over a month. I was disappointed and so was she.
Terrible communication. Long shipping time and poor material.
I received part of my order more than a month ago. The remainder shipped 5 days ago, but I haven't gotten any more information since then. I would have appreciated more info about the order and when it would arrive. I'm still waiting on the second shipment.
I haf just moved my order was shipped to billing address not shipping and are still fighting to get my refund for product I have never received
It didn’t fit but bc it’s a teddy I couldn’t return it.
Overcharged for back-ordered items. In addition to the fact that 2 items were back-ordered, so didn't arrive with the rest of my order, but I wasn't even notified in any way that this would happen. Then when they did ship, I was charged full price, rather than the discounted price I bought them for. All in all, very sketchy company and I won't order from here again.
First of all let people know if items are back order right off the bat !! Next better communication with customers!! Keep online ordering up to date !! And this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad experiences with them
Amazon is the web standard. In this regard this site fails badly. The standard is shipment the same or next day and for expedited orders, shipment should always be the same day. This product line does not lend itself to 7-10 days to ship. Most products are for a specific purpose or event and infrastructure should support that.
