Two of my items never came in at all. One item was ripped and it took longer than expected to ship. Will not order from you again total waste of money.
Outfits are cheaply made, sizes are not true to size, and not look like the pictures! Will not order anything from here again. So disappointed!
The lingerie I purchased is made very cheap and does not fit nor does it wear like the model pictured. One piece In particular is disproportioned in the torso. It was made for a very short person although was purchased for a plus size woman. Very disappointed. Purchased 3 items from this place and all three had to be thrown away. Like purchasing Halloween costume attire. Will never order from Spicy Lingerie again.
The product was nice, my issue was the shipping ! I paid for 2 day shipping which I would think should go out next business day! No two day shipping is whenever you decide to ship it then it’s two more days ! I have never dealt with a company that ships that way, even called and was told that’s how it works, not acceptable ! So there for I will not shop if I want it soon, only if I don’t need it any time soon !!
Your plus size sizes are awful and NOT made to US sizes. I couldn't use ANY items that I purchased and gave them away. Your items smelled terrible! I leathery items smelled like a fish farm and like some really dirty, skanky person already had worn and used it. I will NEVER order anything from your compnay again actually. I am a REAL PLUS size lady and your sizes are NOT for plus size ladies even though measurements are correct. Especially when going by dress size.
Shipping was delayed to begin with but 37 days to deliver after it shipped is the very WORST that I have ever seen. Yes it is unusual time but I buy a lot online and nothing has ever come close to this. Customer service is in the same category as your shipping!!!! Also it is Not the first time that I have had trouble with free shipping from Spivey lingerie. I guess it’s free because it is next to useless!
Double check items are correct prior to shipping, ship items at the same time (I waited 2 mos for 1 item) and use better quality items.
I hate the product and the zipper broke on first try on and now I'm stuck with an outfit that I cant use and I'm out 60.00 . This why I will never buy for you guys again
Clothing does not fit true to size stated. They left out an important item I ordered and I called to inquire. That was two months ago. I still have not received my item.
