Some how the half of my order came in time and the one I really needed ended up at the post office and I never knew until I looked up where it was and when I went to the post office they couldn't find it. The package ended up coming to the house a couple days ago ( I ordered last month for a birthday gift on Sept 18th ) so I didn't even bother to open or look at the package because it's just a waist now.
I placed a large order. A few things arrived ( not necessarily the items I really wanted ) Waited a long time and then received an email saying the rest of the items were sold out and unavailable and 29 days have gone by. Now I don’t have the items that I really wanted and do have some items that were supposed to go with those unavailable items. Disappointed.
Don't waste your money! The material was very thin and cheap. I bought the maid uniform. The hat is flimsy. Everything looks cheap. Poor quality. Definitely not worth $40! Rip off. I won't be purchasing through this company again.
Two of your items were very cheap and did not fit right and she will never wear them

I felt the materials of the two items received were not as expected. Too scratchy, inexpensive cloth. I still have not received the third one but will likely not order again.
Website says items are available, yet received an email after ordering saying multiple items were on back order. Website should show out of stock status upfront.
My order took a long time to be delivered. Very minimal tracking information. Upon inspection of my order found out there was missing items. Apparently on backorder. Nice to be informed of such discrepancies ahead of time.
Ordered a total of three items, not including the free gift. The initial delivery included 1 item and the free gift. It also had the gift-wrapped box, tissue, and ribbon inside. It was not a gift-wrapped present as was insinuated, just all the components together in a larger bag. Another item showed about a week later. I'm not even sure the last item even arrived. I thought I was ordering four items that would come together in a gift-wrapped box! You had the nerve to charge me $8 for the service. Yes I'm dissatisfied.
