Clothing does not fit true to size stated. They left out an important item I ordered and I called to inquire. That was two months ago. I still have not received my item.
Worst customer service , items shipped late and did not arrive in time for me to use and then company wanted me to pay to ship items back - and were nasty on the phone
I have not recieved any communication on my order.. Just email saying order accepted.. When i go sign into act . says order pending ?. I emailed company few days ago and have not received any communications . spent over $100 on my order..
I ordered a 3x-4x and it was still too small. I don’t even wear a 4x normally. So I was quite disappointed. Also the jacket was too small as well.
Took three months to get my order and when it arrived it was flawed to the point I couldn't wear it.
Took very long to get and then once we did get it it was very cheap you try to call somebody they never return your phone calls I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody they sell cheap crap
These are not made for tall people. The item I ordered were too short I feel like I wasted a lot of money.. I made sure to measure multiple times to go by the size chart and I was very disappointed when it arrived. I still have not received the second item I ordered 2 months ago! I want my order i paid for!
Bras not true to size - also buy bigger than normal size if you are going to buy from them. Returns are not easy or free.
It never showed up in the mail.
