Today is Feb. 6th. My wife's birthday. I ordered a couple of items from you for this day and I am still waiting on an order from 2 1/2 weeks ago. WHY ? If you don't have access to what is on your website then tell us and we wont order them or at least give us options for something similar..But don't tell me something is on back order and then leave your customers hanging on when they might show up. I am still waiting and so is my wife for our order but I got your evaluation. Ironic, don't you think
Your product was not in good shape at all your advertisement was not truthful and the product price was outrageous

Well, the captains hat that was back ordered due to it being damaged was then again shipped to me and I open the package and of course the one I have has a red marker stain on the white cap. I have kept it. Both of the two ladies swimsuits said one size fits all and when I opened one of the packages, the sticker on the cellophane said M as in medium. I ordered at the beginning of the month, 3 weeks before a specific event, even paid for priority shipping and the item was not shipped out until the day before I needed it so I didn’t get it in time. When I called about the issue it was just like, “oh well, it’s how we ship.”
Not please at all, 3-5 day shipping took 2 weeks and the products displayed on the webpage aren't the same ones delivered to customers.
The particular corset I bought 3 times in different sizes each time. They fit exactly the same way. I went from a 2x to a 4x and I still couldn’t get the clasps to come close to connecting. Very frustrating!
Could speed up the processing. It took a week to process my order after I placed my order. So at this point she has not been able to try the product on we'll have to wait till Valentine's day
