Was looking for a corset for my wedding. I ordered a size 6x. Once I received it it wouldn't even come close to my size. To say they run super small is an understatement.
To start off, once I placed my order and paid additional for the 2-3 day shipping, It took 8 days for my order to be filled. Once I finally received my order the products are not properly sized to fit. Finally, I returned the items within the 30 days as directed by the return policy and here we are 13 days later and still no acknowledgement that my return was received and no information regarding my return. If you are looking for products like these in the 2X and up sizes, let me save you some time. Find another company.
The outfits were decent but the customer service was terrible. I paid 8 $ extra for gift wrapping and it was not wrapped. I ordered it as a Christmas present and it didn’t arrive until early February. Contacted them multiple times to no reply via email and finally had to call to get a response. I do not recommend and I absolutely will not order from them again

Today is Feb. 6th. My wife's birthday. I ordered a couple of items from you for this day and I am still waiting on an order from 2 1/2 weeks ago. WHY ? If you don't have access to what is on your website then tell us and we wont order them or at least give us options for something similar..But don't tell me something is on back order and then leave your customers hanging on when they might show up. I am still waiting and so is my wife for our order but I got your evaluation. Ironic, don't you think
Your product was not in good shape at all your advertisement was not truthful and the product price was outrageous

Well, the captains hat that was back ordered due to it being damaged was then again shipped to me and I open the package and of course the one I have has a red marker stain on the white cap. I have kept it. Both of the two ladies swimsuits said one size fits all and when I opened one of the packages, the sticker on the cellophane said M as in medium. I further opened the package to check the actual size on the ladies bathing suit that I ordered that said one size fits all, was actually marked 0/small. Time was everything ... read more
