You should let people know when they pay for 2 day shipping that it takes a few days to process the order
Order processing takes way longer then your competitors like Yandy.com and lingerie diva I placed orders with both and with Spicy at the same time and paid for expedited shipment on all 3 orders I received the items from your competitors in less then 3 days. I still haven’t gotten my orders from Spicy And so far I have placed 3 orders with Spicy and 2 out of the 3 orders something was on back order
Felt nasty immediately so went right to business.
This is the first order that was filled as ordered, Usually one or more items are not sent , out of stock usually the reason. Can you refrain from sending me emails very day?
I am waiting to hear about a damaged item that I received. I have not received a resolution.
The lingerie had to be sent back. It was not a 3x. The size ran very small.
Part of my order was put on backorder and I was not informed until my package arrived. This left me with no time to order another item. Communication could have been better.
The website notes a shipping policy on a separate page that is misleading, that in “most cases” it will be shipped in 2-3 days. For me, paying extra for “express shipping” meant three weeks. But somehow I still paid extra for that option. This information should be provided before checkout so I’m not guessing. Thanks
