Horrible experience, order was on back order, and never got an email letting me know. So I didn't know until my order came, and I only got half my order.

2 items on backorder did not arrive before Christmas and one took so long PayPal would not authorize payments and i had to reorder and that item took almost 2 weeks to arrive
Dont take a month to ship something, when you pay for gift wrapping, actually gift wrap it

Your website stated that items will ship in 2-4 business days. My items didn’t ship for nearly 3 week!!! And then when they did ship the items took another 2 weeks to arrive! I made countless attempts to contact the company directly and they didn’t care.
Only 1 of 6 items shipped. No update for 4 weeks, had to contact twice before a refund was issued. These were items for a honeymoon trip so it was very disappointing.
The wings i ordered totally fell apart when i took them out of the bag. I paid 30$ for something i cant wear. Your return policy states i cant return something if the packaging is opened.
