Placed two orders. Both orders the items felt and looked rather "cheap". Also not very comfortable to wear. In the second order, the garter belts were missing even though the item said the garter belts were included. Not sure if I would ever order again.
They were what I ordered but I didn't get my other pair because they no longer carry that style you should have asked if I wanted another pair
The return process needs to be improved. The clothing is poor quality and sizing is not true to size.
shopping and shipping was fine; even better was the quick and positive response for returning items that were ordered in the wrong size
Customer service in need of a lot of help
You need to ensure that the products match your sizing chart. I ordered a corset in a size 5X. I normally wear a 4x, but according to the size chart, I was on the very top end of the 4x. I was concerned it would be too large. When I got it, it did not come close to closing. I took it off and verified it was a 5x. It had a 5x tag sewn into it. Ordered two items. A bra set and sleepwear. Found out only after my order arrived that the sleepwear is back ordered by 4-6 weeks. Would have ordered something else had I known. On the plus side, the bra set was too small and the return/refund process was very easy.
Buying from your store doesn't give you the right to barrage my inbox with marketing. You turned off what would've been an otherwise satisfied customer. Not a good look
Customer service lacks professionalism. I will not shop her again.
