Incredibly slow shipping and zipper broke on an item the first use. Small and flimsy.
Believe your client when they tell you they didnt receive the delivery especially when they have ordered quite a few times in the past. Dont make them sound like liars.
Paid twenty some dollars for Express shipping and package took over a week to arrive. It took several days before you sent it out. That is unacceptable. If I pay that much I expect you to ship the same day.... Very poor service !
I ordered two items and just received one!! The cheapest one! And the other item I received was poor quality. Never again I will order... so sad 😞
I ordered a few products for Valentine's day and everything was fine when i ordered everything but then I only recieved half of what I ordered and it turned out the rest was on back order and I had gotten no notification before hand telling me some items would be delayed. I purchased many items, they were all good. However, the leather material was not strong enough, one of the panties I got was cut off just by adjusting the buckles.
I never received what I ordered
Took forever to arrive. Plus items run small. Hosiery cheap quality, ripped within 3 wears.
