You need to ensure that the products match your sizing chart. I ordered a corset in a size 5X. I normally wear a 4x, but according to the size chart, I was on the very top end of the 4x. I was concerned it would be too large. When I got it, it did not come close to closing. I took it off and verified it was a 5x. It had a 5x tag sewn into it. Ordered two items. A bra set and sleepwear. Found out only after my order arrived that the sleepwear is back ordered by 4-6 weeks. Would have ordered something else had I known. On the plus side, the bra set was too small and the return/refund process was very easy.
Buying from your store doesn't give you the right to barrage my inbox with marketing. You turned off what would've been an otherwise satisfied customer. Not a good look

I ordered 2 items. I only received one item. Never heard from your company again on whether I will ever get the other item. At this point I don’t want it. Your customer service is horrible.
Sizes are off at least two sizes, I wear a 2x, in everything, every brand and your lingerie was not more than a large, disappointed in the misrepresentation and then having to spend more money to return them.
Everything I purchased I will sending back the sizes were off. I was dissatisfied with the quality of the items.
The sizing chart was inaccurate and I also received the wrong item
Improve shipping. I paused fo express shipping and did not receive products for 9 days. I was told a nonsense excuse that the clock starts from when it ships not from order date. Disappointing
