It has been a few months since my order and I have not received one of the outfits I ordered. It took three emails until I received a response telling me it was on back order, which the site did not say when ordering.
Slow order response, paid for expedited delivery but didn’t receive it and paid for gift wrapping but only one item was wrapped and the wrapping was cheap.
Queen size should fit queen size women but it doesn't. There is no such thing as one size fit all when it come to 2x.
Was said to be plus size not so much
Sizes not accurate, discontinued one item after order which was never received, very slow to ship and receive rest of order.
Placed an order online for Christmas for my wife. Received an email confirming the full order. When the package was delivered it was incomplete. One of the items was back ordered and no delivery time was given. I called the store and they told me they didn’t know when it would be back in stock. My complaint is, why wasn’t I informed earlier that one of the items was back ordered indefinitely? I could have found a replacement somewhere else had I known earlier.
There are items for sale that are not in stock. I ordered something for a photo shoot more than a month in advance only to find out 2 weeks later when I got half of my order that it was not in stock but could be in 2-4 weeks. It never came so I couldn’t use it
I paid extra for 3 day shipping, but that didn’t count for the other 2 days it took them to process my order. Then one of the items I ordered was discontinued, I never received any information on this until after my order arrived. So then I had to search locally for the item that wasn’t shipped. I like the selection you offer, but for the frustration I think I’ll stick to local businesses from now on.
I ordered up various items to be shipped to me. Upon delivery I was missing items. I contacted your customer service department, and they told me that you have no "real time" inventory program, and that they had no idea when the items would be back in stock for billing and shipment to me.
