My customer service experience was absolutely horrendous. The response time was not effiencient and there were not enough efforts taken to stop my order in time before it got shipped out. It took me over a month to receive my money back for my un-opened order, but no time at all for you all to charge extra for the shipping and take the money from my account. I will never purchase anything from this site again. I provided proof from the USPS office that the delivery was delivered to the wrong house and I spent around $70 on my purchase for Spicy Lingerie to say there isn’t anything they can do about it and that was it. So nope screw you guys
The product never made it to us. So I have no idea how it is. I gave the address several times but the product never made it to us.
You have a large amount of merchandise listed on your site, however you don't always have everything in stock. Also when I returned an item for exchange (and noted in my return that I'd pay the additional shipping for the exchange) I never received acknowledgement from you that you received my return. Once I confirmed by phone that you had received it, I had to call back again 4-6 weeks later because I didn't receive the replacement item. While I realize it was near Valentine’s Day when I ordered, I tried 3 times to order and the first two times received an email after ordering saying the item wasn’t available. The second time it was a full week before I received the email. I placed a new order each time and finally received something after the 3rd try. It was not what I really had wanted to order, but it was ok.
I still haven’t received 2/3 of my order. And my money has never been deposited back into my account. Am I understanding that you’re going to be delivering my items some time soon?
