Ordered something that was on back order and was never told until done on items arrived had to order the same thing from a different website and pay overnight shipping because I needed it for Valentine’s Day and I wasn’t offered anything for my inconvenience.
The lingerie isn't true to size. I ordered the 3X but the gown is really a Large size and the garment was poorly sewn with fraying raw edges. It was cute but I could have sewn it myself at home and not had so much fraying. I fixed all the problems and had to give it too my daughter who wear a large.
The items came on time and my wife was very pleased with the quality. I was pleased with the price. The item made my wife feel sexy and that was priceless to me.
Took way too long to get items no mater what shipping options you choose
Shipping takes way too long
only got two items out of four this order rest on back order. The last order did receive all of our order at all last time we use this web site. As even when they don"t send all ordered items and decide to sen a item after the charge me postage it's not my fault they don't send all the items at once. So why do i have to pay extra postage
I didnt get the piece i wanted. It wasnt told to me till after i bought it, that it was on back order for a month. It was my anniversary that month not the next one

Ordered items in January and as of April 2nd I still havent received my entire order. When i contacted them back in February they told me my items were back ordered (even though) the website didnt say that, when i gave them feedback that i was dissapointed that i wasnt informed when they realized my items werent available they didnt seem to care. Overall really poor customer service which was dissapointing because i was excited to find a place with plus size lingerie
