Productos never got it or in time
I had to contact your company I didn’t even get notified my item I had purchased was back ordered. I contacted your company I was told I can get something else, I had sent my new request and was not given any update just received the same email telling me I can order something else I was frustrated so I didn’t send a request again. You already "made it right" by finally issuing a refund after I filed a dispute with my credit card company because I'd been trying to resolve the issue with you directly FOR A MONTH AND A HALF! That's about as "right" as things got. Sorry, but I won't be a repeat customer.
Not that big of a deal but, last 2 orders qualified for free gift, free panty and free lingerie and neither shipment included the items. Again, not a deal breaker because I did receive what I paid for.
