The price and quality was great. However I found the delivery slow and had to spend extra just to get it within a week. Need faster turn around on purchases

The dress I ordered was way too big even though I checked the sizing chart and measured myself. Then the zipper was broken. Unfortunately because the dress was for a wedding with not enough time to exchange for a different size, I had to replace the zipper myself and take in the dress quite substantially. When I contacted you to inform you of the issue, I was barely given an apology and told that I was SOL because I had altered to dress.I understand that by altering it, I am unable return it but a simple acknowledgment that... read more

Torso was too short for the costume I ordered and the rest of it was loose.

The product was filled with clips and hooks and was WAY too big. "One size fits all" was absolutely NOT true since my wife is small and fit. It was garbage and we ended up throwing it away!!

The item was out of stock and no one bithered to let me know when I placed the order. When you place an order and pay one day delivery it is usually because u need it FAST, no brcaise you love paying extra fir delivery
