Didn’t receive my order and spicy lingerie was zero help!
Still havent received some of the stuff I ordered
Bought at least 6 of costumes, 2 did not fit, would not accept them for return, or exchange for correct size. In addition to that issue, Very poor customer service, called and emailed many times before i got any response. After finally made contact, Person from Sicy said i could return items that did not fit for credit, after Spicy Lingerie received returns, I get an email from Spicy that costumes were "final sale", not returnable, and i gotta pay more money to get them shipped back to me, otherwise items will be disposed o... read more
Everything is way overpriced for the quality, shipping takes forever and the sizes are way off. I ordered 6 things in all the same size and only 2 fit.

Well the plus sizes are not true to what they should be. I'm a plus size woman, bit not that big. So when I order a queen size, it is more of regular medium or large. What exactly do you consider Queen. Because I have ordered a size 1x/2x and it is actually smaller than expected. So I'm finding myself having to order a 3x/4x. I wear a size 14, but having to purchase sizes way bigger because the clothing line runs really small. I have so many items I cannot wear bc they are too small. Very disappointing.

I've emailed u no response. I called u no response. I ordered 3 items got 2 no response from u as to why. Last time I ordered my entire order got canceled. Couldn't get ahold of any one as to why. A month later you shipped it and charged me. Very poor communication. Bad way to do business.
