my wife loves the quality, fit and how sexy she feels
The products themselves are great, delivery is a JOKE! Twice, I paid for express delivery and BOTH times it was not even CLOSE to the date that I paid EXTRA to have it delivered by. I’d you don’t deliver in time, you should refund the express delivery fee.
Some items still on back order 65 days
Wish I could give ZERO stars. I paid extra for quick shipping and apparently that means when THEY are ready to ship. Some items took almost 6 weeks to arrive. If items are not in stock it should state that on the website. Also, i was overcharged by about $3. They did refund the couple dollars, but I have to wonder how many other people are overcharged and don't realize it?!?!? WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!
The post office lost my Christmas order, i then called customer service, the person i spoke with wasnt helpful and could careless that a Christmas present was lost, ive ordered from this company many times but WILL NEVER AGAIN
