I returned 3 items over 4 FOUR MONTHS AGO, according to customer service they never recieved it. Returns are lost! Your company sucks!

I bought a size L even though I am an M in New Zealand sizes, but it was way too small, I would say more like an XS. I love the colour of the outfit so I am remodelling it by taking the frill off the skirt and using it to enlarge the top. Thank you for the free gifts, they were great, a very sexy nightie and corset. The garment was way,way smaller than expected. Was to much hassle to go though to return.

Items are poor quality, overpriced and arrived waayyyyyyyyu past the promised arrival date (10 days). When I asked for partial refund for the inconvenience, I was declined. Will not order from here again.

My underwear broke at the seams just putting it on and your company was not willing to replace it or return it. You dont stand behind your product. Im very dissapointed.

Received an email today at the time I should've been receiving my package that I paid for faster shipping. Guess I won't get my costume on time because I need it tomorrow for a Halloween party. I'm very sad that I have to spend more money on another last minute costume
