The products are good quality but it took a lot longer to fill and ship than expected . I had to call a few times to check on them. Everyone that I talked to were very pleasant and professional. One item was back ordered and I was not notified by email or in any timely fashion. I guess there was a notice in with the delivered items but again they weren't delivered in a very timely manner.
The first time a wore my corset it ripped. For 150 dollars in was cheaply made. And I’m very upset about it.
I ordered a few things for my wedding and I never received anything saying two items went going to be shipped until I received my package and the packing slip said 2 items not packaged it didn’t say why or if it was going to ship. I still never received an email saying anything I had to be the one to reach out to them and ask them what was going on. They promised I would still receive it by November 3 at the latest. And than I finally received an email saying my order had been canceled due to not having the item.
Ordered two costumes. One was late in delivery. The other never showed up. Contacted customer service. Finally learned product never shipped because out of stock. Ended up having to buy other outfit because first did not show up in time. Delivery and accountability of this company is horrible. Have not shopped with them again.

It was such a bad experience the product got damaged in the second day. Quality of bra is not Upto the expected level. I am disappointed with the product.

Nothing fit! I'm a plus size woman and it's so difficult to find sexy lingerie that fits. I was super excited to find this site but after ordering the largest size they have, it's still really small :( very disappointing!
