Shipping took forever. Some things I ordered were on back order never got a notice saying that. I could have ordered something else. I spent a lot of money in just a short time and planned on spending a lot more. That will not happen now. I still feel like I have stuff that never came. Sorry about your loss
The sizes are all over the place. Mostly small. I order large and wear a size 6. Quality just so so
I called and emailed to cancel my order since it took over 10 days to Receive. I paid for 2 day shipping As I had an event to go to. They said it was already I process and when I finally received it had to send it right back unopened and had to pay for The shipping and could not get my Money back. Only store credit! It was a terrible experience and the people I called were not helpful.
The sizes were way off. I am a smaller size 18 and I ordered 2xl products that listed they would fit my measurements and many of them I couldn’t even begin to get on.
I ordered a Halloween costume that ended up bring on back order and wouldn’t ship for 2-4 weeks, with Halloween being 3 weeks away (why would it let me order a costume that wad t currently in stock??). I called and ordered another costume and asked them to put a rush on it. I was told I would get an email in 1-3 days about the status of my order. Almost 2 weeks later I get an email saying there was a problem with payment and the order was cancelled. There was no “rush” about it. Terrible experience. Very dissatisfied.
Really difficult to return an item when you don’t have a printer at home to print the return paper. Now I’m over the 30 days and unable to return the item and can’t wear because it’s too small, so now I’m out $70.
I ordered my normal size and they were way to small. I was very disappointed.
The corset was not at all Like the picture or anything i expected. It smelled like someone wore it, sweat, and returned it. It has no cups or even a form to fit your breasts. The clamps in the front are awkward and hard.
The outfit had tears in it right out of the package. I also don’t like how long it takes to ship after you order.
