I love their sexy lingerie
We ordered a pirate costume that showed as available on the website for Halloween along w other items. When we received our package, the specific pirate costume we ordered was not included in it. I emailed to find out what had happened, and was told it was back ordered and would take a few weeks to get in. Most things were sized well. Some things were not, especially not the bonus items! Not even close!
I never received my order. Once it was shipped back to Spicy Lingerie they kept $4 due to the return and if I wanted it sent back to me again it would cost an additional $8. I've never had worse customer service from a company.
Very sexy lingerie and the one I purchased will be used shortly. It came in a discreet package so that was very nice. I will purchase from Spicy Lingerie again in the future
Poor quality merchandise. Wouldn’t buy anything from this site in the future.
I got two wrong items. I tried to cancel an item, I never got a response and the item that I didn't want was sent anyway. Shipping time was very delayed. Just overall not satisfied. The quality of the items was just ok.
Outfit was sized wrong
I placed an order on a Sunday with priority 2-3 day shipping. Received an email on the Thursday that the items were out of stock. Placed a new order and still did not get it when I wanted. When I was assured I would get it by Monday .
