They didn’t ship something I did order. They didn’t charge me so i didn’t send in a complaint. They did ship me a dress that I will never wear saying it was a free gift. I would have rather gotten the item I did order and be charged than get something I didn’t order for free.
I ordered 2 items over a month ago and I still don't have one of the items and haven't heard anything on it. I'll not order anything from you again.
If there was a way to leave less than 1 star I would! I ordered the gladiator costume & the quality was horrible, as soon as I took the costume out of the plastic I noticed it had already started to peel & when I tried it on the straps ripped off. I called the customer service & left voicemails & received no answer. I will not be ordering anything off of this sight again
I ordered 5 products. Three arrived, one was reported as backordered when I received those items (very late notice) and one I received no info. I emailed and was told my backordered items would arrive in 2-4 weeks. Nearly 5 weeks later, I had received no update. I called and was told 1 item had just shipped, but I have still not received it nearly 2 weeks later, and the other item is still on backorder with no ETA.
